Multilingual Contact Centre Services

While the majority of our campaigns are monolingual (English), our London location has helped us develop a very strong multilingual service offering. Extensive experience in this area has enabled us to successfully manage complex customer programmes in more than 15 different languages.

We can also accommodate client specifications for regional languages, accents and dialects – for example for Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

As part of the Teleperformance group, we also offer the flexibility of multi-country service delivery, should this be most appropriate to client requirements.
