The issue of predictive dialing is increasingly under the spotlight due to the problem of ‘silent calls’. It is therefore critical that any supplier using predictive dialing is able to demonstrate full compliance.
The predictive dialing system employed by BPS is part of the Callmedia Advance suite and uses the Sytel predictive algorithm. We have been using this system for approximately 10 years and it has been designed from the ground up to minimise silent calls.
This solution ensures that our silent call rate are capped and compliant with the appropriate regulations. This feature cannot be over-ridden and provides peace of mind for us and for our clients.
